duckies

we went to the nature park a while back to see the duckies.

bri loves her bath duckies and it's one of the few words that she says.

just to be honest. I hate ducks. and if truth be told I am a little frightened of them.

and the ducks at our duck pond are really intense! they were swarming us like crazy. totally freaked me out. (it doesn't help that bobby throws bread on my feet to make them attack me.)

luckily bri handled it much better than I did and I think once it warms up we will be making quite a few trips back to visit those duckies. 

this love is ours.

valentines day is magical. 

i have always loved it.

there is something so wonderful about taking a day to show the people that you care about how much you love them!

 

and now that i have two valentines to spoil it makes it that much better!

bri and i treated bobby to a star wars valentines day lunch and then bobby and i went to see the phantom menace in 3D.

he was like a little kid :)

yep. he loves star wars. :)

 bobby spoiled his valentines too.

he got the littlest one a dolly stroller and it is already a huge hit!

she loves it!

i got a gift card so that i can buy a new swimming suit this year without feeling guilt and he also bought us the first movie that we watched together when we were dating.

i know, im the luckiest. he is the sweetest man alive!

so I haven't updated on bri for a while and there is a lot to say about her cause she is so grown up!!!
she is a walking machine now!
and she LOVES to be chased especially by her daddy. he is definitely her favorite.
she still doesn't say very many real words. just dolly and daddy (see. she loves him) but she babbles constantly!! seriously. when she figures out her words she is going to go nuts.
she blows very violent kisses now haha
she dances like a crazy person
she folds her arms during prayers
she can show you how old she is
she loves to try and play with other kids- try is the key word there haha most of the time the other kids are not such a big fan of the idea haha
she loves to fall asleep with her stuffed beary
she loves her new big girl carseat too!
she knows so much now!! we can tell her to go get something and she will bring it to us.
and she seriously gives the very best hugs!! she grabs your neck so tight with her little arms. it's our very favorite thing ever!
she is such a sweetheart! even when she is stubborn which she definitely gets from her daddy. and she is the biggest cheeseball on the planet.

my brothers came to visit us!!!!

and yes it was awesome.

and after a full week of indulging ourselves by eating tons of delicious food and not having to clean or do dishes (thats right. my brothers are awesome. their wives are going to LOVE them!) we are still trying to recover and adjust to the demands of regular life.

we finally had a little snow here in rexburg. dont get me wrong i am loving not slipping and sliding everywhere i go. but since this is our last winter here we were hoping for a little more snow to play in. especially since bri loves going outside.

 this trip was extra special because my youngest brother preston is going to be leaving on his mission next wednesday! he is going to being serving in mexico and is going to be amazing!!

we arent going to be able to make it down for when he leaves so we were so happy that he was able to come see us and spend the week with us! i have awesome brothers and we love them so much! :)
