my aunt boch had her little girl pearl 3 weeks before rayce was born. so naturally we had to take loads of pictures of them together. those two are so so cute! i can't wait for them to be best buds. and we can't wait for the keiners to come back and visit!

thanksgiving week

with everyone here for thanksgiving, things were a little crazy but a lot of fun! on sunday, bobby and i had to give talks in church. we were excited that some people were already there and could come see us talk. it made the experience a little better haha. then sunday night we had dinner at grandma greats house. on monday, more family arrived and we had a cute family home evening that some of the younger girls put on. and then all the grown ups and older kids went and saw catching fire. so good! tuesday almost everyone was here so we went to the zoo and then had a fun night playing at the park. bri was so tired that night!! on wednesday, we got family pictures taken. it was so awesome to be able to have a huge picture taken with everyone in it, we were only missing two missionaries! that night we played in the hot tub and watched movies outside on the projector. 

thanksgiving day started off with some football at the park, and then of course a delicious thanksgiving dinner! so, so yummy! a few of the older cousins went to hit up some black friday deals once things had settled down while the little kids played all night at the park!

on friday some family started leaving and we were so sad to see them go! we went to see frozen in the theater, which all the little girls loved. especially bri! it her new favorite thing. dani and i went to the black friday old navy sale with claudia and boch and then all the adults watched world war z on the projector outside. on saturday more family had to leave and the week started winding down. but we went and saw cindi selling her candied nuts at glendale glitters and walked around the lights.

we had so much fun with all our family and extended family here to visit! we love them so much and we can't wait for the next reunion!

we had an awesome thanksgiving this year! it was the ashton family reunion thanksgiving so we had alot of family in town to visit with and play with! we spent most of our time playing at the park, watching movies outside on the projector, playing the pool and spa, eating a ton of food, and just being together. one day we all took a fun trip to the zoo together. we loved seeing all the animals and getting to play with all our cousins!!

 bri is just the best big sister and rayce just loves her! he is always looking around for her and gives her the biggest smiles whenever he sees her. and bri is loving that he is already getting to be so much more fun. she loves to play with her little buddy!!

 we did a lot of hiking in october. im so happy for the nice weather here. it makes it a lot easier for me to get motivated to exercise haha. rayce loves hiking and falls immediately asleep once he gets in his backpack haha. hiking just totally wears him out!
