updates, updates, updates!

well i am already not very good at updating this....but lets do a little catch up. we have had a very busy couple of months at the wolfe house...but they have been great!

we started out by visiting bobbys family in iowa for the week of thanksgiving. it was really nice to spend a whole week with the wolfes, we got to explore the finer sites of muscatine and see where bobby grew up which was great. we were able to be there for bobbys sister sky's birthday and we had a lot of fun getting creamed on the wii by the family! :) after a delicious thanksgiving meal, we drove down spend a few days in the busy city of chicago before we headed back to rexburg. we had a second thanksgiving dinner at a china buffet in chicago....i think that it was the only restuarant open in the whole city! haha. we got to go to the shedd aquarium and i got to spend part of black friday shopping with sky and margie at this great 7 story mall while bobby and his dad wandered. it was a great trip and we were sad to have to go back to 2 more weeks of classes and finals. while we were on vaca...my cousin kyle and his wife michelle had their two baby girl twins, jane and eliza on thanksgiving day. so it was great to have two cute babies to be thankful for!

after two rough, cold weeks we finally got to go on our honeymoon cruise to mexico!! we were so excited to get out of rexburg right before a big storm hit! we didnt miss it in salt lake though and our plane to l.a. got delayed for about 2 hours and we barely made our boat with about 20 minutes to spare before it set sail! needless to say, i was freaking out and it was super annoying to me that bobby wasn't. haha. we made it though and started a wonderful week of 70 and 80 degree whether eating and basically just doing nothing. We got to go parasailing in puerta villarta, shopping in mazatlan, and our favorite was when we got to go snorkelling in cabo san lucas! we had a blast on the boat......whats not to love about a 24 hour buffet, free room service, and delicious shrimp cocktails everynight? NOTHING! we had a blast!

after a great week of relaxing, we flew to more warm weather in arizona for christmas. we had a great first christmas together and with my family. we got my brothers and bobby nacho libre wrestling masks for christmas and everyone got nerf guns. so the two weeks were full of wrestling and elaborate nerf gun wars. it was great to see everyone and visit. i got to visit with alot of friends from high school and bobby got to spend a lot of quality football time with the boys. we got to watch one of my brother prestons basketball tournaments and we wish we could have gone to one of danis. we spent our first new years eve with cc, lanah, and paytan at a youth dance that my dad had a "gig" at. :) it was really fun to watch him play and watch the little girls dance.

christmas eve tradition! haha

they wear these masks to hide their identities while wrestling haha

we have such great families and we are so grateful to them for all that they do for us!! after christmas break we drove back up to rexburg with my dad and brother spencer. it was great to spend some time with spence before he gets ready to go on his mission! we came home to -7 degree weather and a flat tire so i was especially happy that dad and spencer were here so that i didnt have to do any fixing!

since we have been home we have been busy with a capital B with classes and work! we are both taking pretty hard schedules this semester and bobby is working part-time. he just got a promotion at work to "team lead" so he just answers questions for his coworkers and he is able to get alot of homework done which is a really big blessing with his busy schedule.

we are doing great here at the beginning of the semester and love our life and each other! sorry that we can be bad at returning calls and such....our goal is to be better so please forgive us! hope everyone is doing great where ever they are at and good luck in the new year!
