sunshine and summertime

we have had a pretty busy month of august so far and we have gotten to do so many fun things! here are a couple of our favorites....

iowa

i have really been stinking at taking pictures lately which really stinks but we had such a great time in iowa visiting with bobbys family. the trip was so great! we got to do a lot of relaxing like this.....

and we got to go to the mississippi valley fair and see some sweet concerts like zz top! our little girl is so cool already. she has already been to some of the coolest places! haha

like i said....we have been bad a taking pictures lately so i dont have many from our trip but we got to go to adventureland and spend lots of time with bobbys family and we had a blast!!!

we also got to see our two favorite twin girls and their mom last week before they went back to texas! it was so fun playing with the girls and feeding the horses! plus they were so nice to let us have a TON of the cutest little girl clothes! our little girl has the best cousins ever!!!

it was so funny because jane and eliza would collect a few blades of grass and then bring it over to us so that we could feed the horses haha

bbq

the only other pictures i took of our adventures for the first part of the month (pathetic i know) are of the super sweet bbq we had with our good friends the bagleys! thanks for inviting us guys! i loved holding lucy and bobby loved playing in the fire with ryan haha. you guys are the best!

we also had the chance to take a trip for our 2 year anniversary which is coming up next week. one of bobbys best friends and old roommate got married in the las vegas temple this past friday and we were so glad that we were able to go and see them get married! we love you jeff and whitney!

anyways, we were really excited to be able to go spend the weekend in vegas! bobby and i had both only been there once and not for a really long time so we had a great time exploring the strip when we werent busy with wedding stuff. i actually took a ton of pictures from our trip but they are still all on my camera so i will put them up next time.

we have had such a great summer and we hope that everyone elses has been awesome!

ps....our little girl is doing great and is moving more all the time. bobby even got to feel her last week! we have had names picked out for along time because we both like different kinds of names but for inquiring minds...our little girls name is going to be brielle claire wolfe :) and we cant wait for her to get here!!
