here is the tale of our crap car.
back in january bobby bought this car for a steal.
it was disgusting. but it was nice to have a car to drive around town that didnt guzzle gas like our truck does.
and bobby has been working hard the last few months to get it working good and get it all cleaned up.
he replaced a bunch of parts and he totally cleaned out the inside.
we put seat covers in and a new radio and it was actually bearable to sit in.
next he started to work on the outside cause it was way rusty and gross.
he sanded all the rust off. (a couple times actually cause it would get really warm and then cold and rainy again)
and this weekend he finally got to paint it.
he was way excited and so am i because it made such a difference!
i mean, its still the crap car but doesnt that look like a hundred times better than it did before??
i think so.
he still has to put another coat of paint on it but we are both pretty pleased with our crap car.
my man is awesome.
when we havent been fixing up the car we have been doing lots of other exciting things.
see....
like building forts and hanging out in them
practicing our "surprised librarian" face
getting surprised visits from cute baby duckies
trying new foods! hallelujah! this is bri chowing down on an onion ring.
marching around outside
exploring and discovering new things like sweet rocks!
chilling with daddy. she loves relaxing.
doing some serious work outs.
practicing our easter egg hunting skills
and spending every possible second outside.
it has been a good few weeks.
we had a pretty big scare yesterday afternoon when bri had a big accident.
she is totally fine though and mom and dad are much more traumatized then she is.
sure made us remember how lucky we are to have her though and how awful our lives would be without her.
we are just so incredibly grateful that heavenly father is watching out for our sweet, funny, baby girl!
on a happier note, bobby is graduating next friday!!!!!
hello bachelors degree!!
yahooooo!
bri and i are so proud of him for all his hard work!!!
love ya b-ray! muah!
