monsters university

we took bri to her very 1st movie in the movie theater this past weekend! we were all very excited to go and see monsters university and to see how bri would do in the movie theater! bri doesn't usually sit through movies but she loved the monsters university commercials and got really excited when we told her that we would go see monsters inc when it came out.

she woke up saturday morning and the 1st thing she said was, "we going to see monsters inc today?" she couldn't wait! when we got to the theater, the showing we were going to see was already sold out so we got tickets for the next showing and went to lunch with grandma, papa, and c.c. to kill some time.

poor bri was so confused and sad as we were walking away from the theater, but she did good at lunch and while we were waiting in line to get into the theater.

once we got our seats, we got some popcorn and got her all settled in. she loved sitting in the big girl seat and that she got her very own popcorn bowl! she was so excited for the show to start!

she loves popcorn! just like her daddy!

we were really surprised at how well she did. especially for our first time at the theaters. she got a little bored in the middle but as soon as it was over she was already asking to watch "mike and sully" again! haha. our favorite part was the 1st few minutes of the movie that just has mike and not sully, she was constantly asking us "wheres sully?" haha. she was so relieved when he finally showed up!

all in all, our 1st family movie was a success and we loved monsters university!!
